How to make mango butterscotch shake?

This ideal recipe prefers raw mangoes. I personally prefer alphonsa mangoes but you can prefer any mangoes of your choice. The recipe for any flavored fruit milkshake is very easy & takes only a few minutes for the final output. In the same way our recipe is done by blending raw mango pieces, milk, ice-cream & sugar. You can prefer honey instead of sugar.

This recipe hardly takes few minutes to prepare. Firstly, I have added 1 tbsp sugar while blending the mango pieces. If you like to have thick milkshake then add more mangoes and less milk. But if you like a thin milkshake then add more milk while blending. I personally would not recommend adding ice cubes to make it thick. I have added 2 scoops of butterscotch ice-cream instead of ice cubes.

Mango Butterscotch Shake | Seasonal cold beverage | A seasonal cold drink made by raw mangoes, full fat milk & butterscotch ice-cream.

தேவையான பொருட்கள்

  • 1 cup chopped mangoes

  • 2tbsp sugar/honey

  • 1 கப் பால்

  • 2 scoops of butterscotch ice-cream

  • some pistachios(optional)

செய்முறை :

  • Refrigerate chopped mangoes for 20minutes before blending.
  • Firstly, in a blender, blend 1 cup refrigerated chopped mangoes & 2tbsp sugar finely.mango-butterscotch shakemango-butterscotch shakemango-butterscotch shake
  • Then add-in 1 cup full thick milk & 2 scoops of butterscotch icecream & blend it smoothly.mango-butterscotch shakemango-butterscotch shake
