Why watermelonade?

Watermelon is a delicious and refreshing fruit that’s also good for you. It contains only 46 calories per cup but is high in vitamin C, vitamin A and many healthy plant compounds. Similarly Lemons and lemon juice are an excellent source of the antioxidant vitamin C.

So imagine, what if both meets in a blender.?:)

Instructions

    Add the watermelon, lemon juice, water and sugar to a blender.

    Blend on high for 2 minutes until completely smooth.

  3. 3

    Strain through a fine sieve, pour into glasses over ice and serve immediately.

Notes

Use cold seedless watermelon for the smoothest blend. Skip the sugar if your melon is sweet enough.
