As many of us do not know how to use watermelon salsa. Let me tell you, you can actually serve it as a fresh salad itself. It is perfect for chicken grills & tacos. You can serve it with chips as well. It is that good.

Watermelon Salsa | Sweet, savory & crunchy | This fresh watermelon salsa recipe is quick and easy to make, and tastes so refreshing!
1 cup chopped watermelon cubes
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
1 green chili finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
a pinch of pepper
- Toss 1 cup watermelon cubes, 2 tbsp finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum, 1 green chili finely chopped, 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste & a pinch of pepper powder in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.
- Serve it with chips or eat as a salad or dress it up for grills. Some prefer it as a filling for tacos.
- Serve it immediately or store in an air tight container & refrigerate for 2 days.
