{"id":909,"date":"2020-05-07T19:11:09","date_gmt":"2020-05-07T19:11:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desertfoodfeed.com\/?p=909"},"modified":"2024-05-01T16:52:09","modified_gmt":"2024-05-01T12:52:09","slug":"elephant-yam-stir-fry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/desertfoodfeed.com\/ta\/elephant-yam-stir-fry\/","title":{"rendered":"Elephant Yam Stir Fry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u0ba4\u0bae\u0bbf\u0bb4\u0bcd \u0bae\u0bca\u0bb4\u0bbf\u0baa\u0bc6\u0baf\u0bb0\u0bcd\u0baa\u0bcd\u0baa\u0bc1 \u0bb5\u0bbf\u0bb0\u0bc8\u0bb5\u0bbf\u0bb2\u0bcd<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"http:\/\/desertfoodfeed.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/maxresdefault-1-8-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1824\"\/><\/figure>\n<p><strong>\u0ba4\u0bc7\u0bb5\u0bc8\u0baf\u0bbe\u0ba9 \u0baa\u0bca\u0bb0\u0bc1\u0b9f\u0bcd\u0b95\u0bb3\u0bcd :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups&nbsp;elephant yam chopped into small cubes<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp&nbsp;red chilly powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp&nbsp;turmeric powder <\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp&nbsp;fennel seeds  , pound<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp&nbsp;black pepper powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp&nbsp;mustard seeds<\/li>\n<li>1 sprig&nbsp;curry leaves<\/li>\n<li>2 tbspn&nbsp;Coconut Oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Grind<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 or 6 nos&nbsp;pearl onions (Sambar Onions)<\/li>\n<li>3 garlic pods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0b9a\u0bc6\u0baf\u0bcd\u0bae\u0bc1\u0bb1\u0bc8 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To begin making the dish, firstly&nbsp;boil the yam in a pan with water, salt and turmeric for about 10min. Do not boil it till it becomes mushy. Strain the water and keep it aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a mixer, add in the onions and garlic and grind it into a coarse paste.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a kadai with oil, splutter the mustard seeds, curry leaves and then add in the ground onions and garlic.
