    • Take 2-3 ripened robusta bananas. Peel off & slice it. \"2\"2<\/li>
    • Freeze the banana slices for 2 to 3 hrs in a zip-lock bag or a container.\"2<\/li>
    • After 3 hrs, transfer the frozen banana pieces into a blender or mixie jar.\"2<\/li>
    • It will be difficult to blend the frozen banana slices. So whip it in intervals & blend it to a fine & smooth paste. You can add a tsp of vanilla essence at this time if you need a good flavor.\"2\"2<\/li>
    • Once blended, add 3 tbsp sugar\/honey based on your taste of sweetness & blend it again.\"2<\/li>
