Ingredients<\/h3>
  • <\/span>

    1 cup chopped watermelon cubes<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    2 tbsp finely chopped onion<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    1 green chili finely chopped<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    2 tbsp chopped mint leaves<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    1 tbsp lemon juice<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    salt to taste<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    a pinch of pepper<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    Directions<\/h3>
    • Toss 1 cup watermelon cubes, 2 tbsp finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum, 1 green chili finely chopped, 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste & a pinch of pepper powder in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.
