    1 cup Seedless Dates<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    3\/4 cup Water<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    1 tbsp Butter<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    1\/2 cup Cooking Oil<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    3\/4 cup Sugar<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    1\/2 cup Milk<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    1 tbsp Vinegar<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    11\/2 cup Maida<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    1 tsp Baking Powder<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    1\/2 tsp Baking Soda<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    Directions<\/h3>
    • Boiling the dates<\/strong><\/li>
    • Heat a saucepan, add 1 cup of seedless dates and 3\/4 cup of water.\"Eggless\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Once it starts to boil, add in 1 tsp butter & mix well.\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Cook until the dates turns soft.<\/li>
    • Once the water is dried off, switch off the flame and allow it to cool completely.\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Switch off the flame & allow it to cool.<\/li>
    • Once the dates are cooled transfer it to a blender. Blend to a coarse paste and keep aside. (Do not add water, while grinding the dates)\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Making Cake Batter<\/strong><\/li>
    • Add 1 tbsp of white vinegar to 1\/2 cup of milk.\"Eggless\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Mix it well and keep it aside.\"Eggless<\/li>
    • In another bowl, add 1\/2 cup cooking oil and 3\/4 cup of sugar.\"Eggless\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Mix and add the curdled milk kept aside.\"Eggless\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Mix until sugar is dissolved.\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Then, add the ground dates paste. \"Eggless<\/li>
    • Combine them well. \"Eggless<\/li>
    • Sieve in 11\/2 cup of maida, 1 tsp baking powder, 1\/2 tsp baking soda, and 1\/8 tsp salt.\"Eggless\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Fold the batter. Once it starts difficult to mix, start adding 1\/4 cup of hot water gradually and mix the batter to a smooth batter.\"Eggless\"Eggless\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Cake batter is ready. <\/li>
    • Pour the cake batter to a 8 inch loaf pan lined with butter paper.\"Eggless\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Level it and add some chopped dates on the top of the batter.\"Eggless<\/li>

    • Preheat the kadai in low flame for 10 minutes.\"Eggless\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Now place the cake pan in the kadai over a wire stand. Bake it for 45 to 50 minutes or untill a toothpick inserted comes out clean. OR (Bake in a preheated oven of 180D C or 350F for about 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.)\"Eggless\"Eggless\"Eggless<\/li>
    • Allow the cake to cool completely before demolding.\"Eggless<\/li>
