Mint is excellent to manage blood sugar levels and treat skin conditions. In summers, one should particularly add mint to their diet. Mint is very cooling and aids in digestion and breathing disorders too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make coriander mint chutney?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Firstly, the addition of roasted chana dal or&nbsp;groundnut&nbsp;along with coconut is completely optional. Without these, you can prepare a plain mint coriander chutney too. This plain chutney can be used in making sandwiches, bhel pooris etc.. I personally prefer adding a small piece of ginger, garlic clove &amp; tamarind to this chutney.
