No need for resting time. Rava dosa can also be called sooji dosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is rava good for health?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a&nbsp;good&nbsp;source of protein, carbs and is low in fat and calorie content. .
