    Directions<\/h3>
    • Almond Base Cake<\/strong><\/li>
    • Firstly, preheat a kadai for 10 minutes over a low flame. Or preheat an oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree.\"Raffaello\"Raffaello<\/li>
    • In a bowl, add 3\/4 cup Milk.<\/li>
    • To this add 3\/4 tbsp Vinegar. Mix well. Now curdled milk is ready.\"Raffaello\"Raffaello<\/li>
    • Add in 1\/4 cup melted butter or cooking oil and 3\/4 cup Sugar. Mix & combine them well using a whisk.\"Raffaello\"Raffaello<\/li>
    • Sieve in 3\/4 cup Maida, 1\/4 cup Almond Meal, , 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1\/2 tsp Baking Soda and a pinch of salt.\"Raffaello\"Raffaello\"Raffaello<\/li>
    • Fold and form a smooth batter. \"Raffaello<\/li>
    • Finally add in 1\/2 tsp vanilla essence & give a smooth mix.\"Raffaello<\/li>

    • Bake in a preheated kadai for 40 to 50 minutes over a low flame. Or in a preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes at 180 degree.\"Raffaello\"Raffaello<\/li>
    • Insert a skewer and check if the cake is baked perfectly.<\/li>
    • Allow to completely cool down for 3 to 4 hrs.\"Raffaello<\/li>
    • Once cooled, demold and cut into 2 equal halves.\"Raffaello<\/li>

    • Using the double boil method, melt 3\/4 cup chocolate chips.<\/li>
    • Once melted, add in 3\/4 cup heavy cream & form a smooth paste.<\/li>
    • Allow it to cool down in fridge for 1 hr.<\/li>
    • Then using a beater, beat until stiff peaks. Now whipped cream is ready.<\/li>
