In this recipe I will be using coconut, if you want to skip coconut you can try that way also. It is going to be an easy & healthy recipe for all age groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 2cups green gram microgreens finely chopped<\/li>
  • 3nos+2nos shallots<\/li>
  • 1 green chilly finely chopped<\/li>
  • 1\/2 tsp rice\/mustard seeds<\/li>
  • 1\/4 \u0ba4\u0bc7\u0b95\u0bcd\u0b95\u0bb0\u0ba3\u0bcd\u0b9f\u0bbf \u0bae\u0b9e\u0bcd\u0b9a\u0bb3\u0bcd \u0ba4\u0bc2\u0bb3\u0bcd<\/li>
  • 1\/2cup grated coconut<\/li>
  • 1tsp oil<\/li>
  • \u0ba4\u0bc7\u0bb5\u0bc8\u0b95\u0bcd\u0b95\u0bc7\u0bb1\u0bcd\u0baa \u0b89\u0baa\u0bcd\u0baa\u0bc1<\/li>

    \u0b9a\u0bc6\u0baf\u0bcd\u0bae\u0bc1\u0bb1\u0bc8 :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Heat a pan & add 1tsp oil. Add 1\/2tsp rice & saute well. <\/li>
    • Once done, add in 3nos finely chopped shallots & curry leaves. Saute till shallot turns into golden color.<\/li>
    • Now add in the 2cups chopped microgreens & saute for a min or two. You will be noticing the microgreens has reduced its size well & get blended inside.<\/li>
    • Now take a mixie jar, add in 1\/2cup grated coconut, green chilly, 2nos shallots, curry leaves & crush it coarsely.<\/li>
    • Add this mixture to the microgreens & saute it well adjusting salt as well.<\/li>
    • Cook it in low flame till done. <\/li>
    • Our microgreen thoran\/poriel is ready to be served with steamed rice or sambar rice.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
