This easy egg fried rice is something that I cook every other week. It\u2019s a no-fuss meal. Easy to prepare & a good lunch box recipe too.<\/p>\n\n\n

Simple Egg Rice<\/strong>. Egg rice is a simple, quick, and healthy recipe. It is just prepared with basic ingredients available at home, yet it tastes awesome and delicious.<\/p>

Ingredients<\/h3>

    3 eggs<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    3 tbsp oil<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    2 onions finely chopped<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    2 green chillies chopped<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    1 tsp garam masala<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    2 cups of boiled rice<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    Few coriander leaves chopped<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    1 tbsp lemon juice(optional)<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    \u00bd tsp turmeric powder<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • <\/span>

    Salt to taste<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    Directions<\/h3>
    • Heat oil in a pan. <\/li>
    • Then add green chilies & onion. Saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.<\/li>
    • Add ginger garlic paste and mix well, fry until the raw smell disappears.<\/li>
    • Now add in turmeric and salt. Mix well.<\/li>
    • Keep on medium flame. Add the eggs and mix slowly.<\/li>
    • Now add garam masala and give a nice mix until the egg becomes like a scrambled egg texture.<\/li>
    • Add the prepared boiled rice, coriander leaves & lemon juice. <\/li>
