I was so surprised to hear that. So I thought of sharing this recipe I got from my sister. I have shared with you a step by step pictorial representation of how to do carrot leaves poriyal below. Do find it useful &amp; share it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/desertfoodfeed.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG-20200512-WA0006-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1232\" width=\"281\" height=\"374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/desertfoodfeed.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG-20200512-WA0006-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/desertfoodfeed.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG-20200512-WA0006.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 281px) 100vw, 281px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0ba4\u0bc7\u0bb5\u0bc8\u0baf\u0bbe\u0ba9 \u0baa\u0bca\u0bb0\u0bc1\u0b9f\u0bcd\u0b95\u0bb3\u0bcd :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3cups carrot greens finely chopped<\/li><li>1 medium sized onion finely  chopped<\/li><li>1\/2tsp mustard seeds<\/li><li>1\/2tsp urad dal<\/li><li>1\/4tsp bengal gram<\/li><li>1 or 2 dry red chillies<\/li><li>\u0ba4\u0bc7\u0bb5\u0bc8\u0b95\u0bcd\u0b95\u0bc7\u0bb1\u0bcd\u0baa \u0b89\u0baa\u0bcd\u0baa\u0bc1<\/li><li>1tbsp oil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For Crushing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\/2 \u0b95\u0baa\u0bcd \u0ba4\u0bc1\u0bb0\u0bc1\u0bb5\u0bbf\u0baf \u0ba4\u0bc7\u0b99\u0bcd\u0b95\u0bbe\u0baf\u0bcd<\/li><li>1\/4inch ginger <\/li><li>2 green chillies<\/li><li>1 \u0baa\u0bb2\u0bcd \u0baa\u0bc2\u0ba3\u0bcd\u0b9f\u0bc1<\/li><li>1\/2tsp cumin seeds<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0b9a\u0bc6\u0baf\u0bcd\u0bae\u0bc1\u0bb1\u0bc8 :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heat a kadai &amp; add oil to it. Splutter mustard seeds and dry red chillies.<\/li><li>Followed by urad dal &amp; bengal gram. Roast it for 1 min.<\/li><li>Now add chopped onion &amp; saute it for 2 min.<\/li><li>Add in turmeric powder &amp; fry well. <\/li><li>Now add in the chopped green leaves of carrot &amp; saute well. <\/li><li>Crush the ingredients listed under the section of crushing, using  a mixie or a blender. <\/li><li>Now add this crushed ingredients into the kadai &amp; combine well till green leaves &amp; coconut mixture is combined well.<\/li><li>Check for seasoning &amp; saute for 2 or 3 min.<\/li><li>Green leaves is done &amp; ready to be served.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
