A very simple process, which brings together all the dry ingredients which are further added with the wet ingredients to make a smooth and lump free batter. The batter is steamed further in idli trays. You can even use cake molds or any steel utensils for steaming the batter. The time for steaming may vary depending on the size of the molds we use.
Any flavored cake can be prepared with the same steaming method as per your taste and preference. I am using an idli tray for pouring the batter.
