A food that can be either a dessert or a savory (salty or spicy) dish that is part of the main meal.
Types: Baked, steamed and boiled puddings
The original pudding was formed by mixing various ingredients with a grain product or other binder such as butter, flour, cereal, or eggs, resulting in a solid mass. These puddings are either baked, steamed, or boiled.

Snow Pudding | Egg White Pudding | using 2 ingredients | with step by step photos and video. Guessed why the name snow? Because a bite of this pudding will melt in the mouth as similar to snow. For the major role, the recipe shared here uses just 2 ingredients: sugar and egg whites. Egg whites are whipped along with sugar until soft peaks. Further steamed until it is set.
