A classic & a comforting dessert that we come back to time and time again – and hope you will too! One of the fabulous things about homemade pudding is its versatility. You can serve it on its own, or you can pair it with berries, whipped cream, cookies, or sliced bananas.

What is a pudding?

A food that can be either a dessert or a savory (salty or spicy) dish that is part of the main meal.

Types: Baked, steamed and boiled puddings

The original pudding was formed by mixing various ingredients with a grain product or other binder such as butter, flour, cereal, or eggs, resulting in a solid mass. These puddings are either baked, steamed, or boiled.

How to make snow or egg white pudding?

Snow Pudding | Egg White Pudding | using 2 ingredients | with step by step photos and video. Guessed why the name snow? Because a bite of this pudding will melt in the mouth as similar to snow. For the major role, the recipe shared here uses just 2 ingredients: sugar and egg whites. Egg whites are whipped along with sugar until soft peaks. Further steamed until it is set.

In addition, I would like to highlight our other pudding recipes also.
