Paneer Bread Samosa | How to make panner bread samosa | Samosa recipe | with step by step photos & video. Making samosas using bread as a sheet is a very easy & simple way of preparing bread samosas. I used to waste a lot of time in kneading dough & making sheets for samosas usually. So, for a simple samosa recipe, I tried it with the leftover bread pieces at home. To my surprise, it was super delicious.
Do not spend much time kneading dough if you are in a hurry. Just roll out bread slices using a rolling pin, stuff it & seal off the edges. Followed by deep-frying.
The main thing you have to keep in mind is to seal off the edges properly without any leakage. If not, the oil may enter inside the bread pockets & thereby makes it oily. For sealing you can either use water or maida paste.
For making maida paste just mix 2 tbsp flour in 3tbsp water. Once sealed off, samosas are ready to be deep-fried.
