Fresh Mango Salsa | Mango Salsa Recipe| Sweet, spicy and delicious. Serve this fresh mango salsa with chips, on tacos or grills, or as a salad itself.
1 cup chopped ripe mango
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
1 green chili finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander/parsley leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
a pinch of pepper powder (optional)
- Prepare all the ingredients. The size of the dice is totally up to you. The mangoes can be chunky or finely chopped.
- Toss 1 cup ripe mango, 2 tbsp finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum, 1 green chili finely chopped, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander/parsley leaves, 1 tbsp lemon juice & salt to taste in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.
- Serve it with chips or eat as a salad or dress it up for grills. Some prefer it as a filling for tacos.
- You can store in an air tight container & refrigerate for 2 days.
