The recipe is extremely simple. It hardly takes a couple of minutes to mix the ingredients and prepare it. Here I am using a beater to whip the heavy whipping cream. Whip it over an ice filled bowl to keep it chilled all times until whipped. Whip the cream until medium peaks . It will take around 2-3 minutes to achieve that consistency. It varies based on the speed of each beater. Ensure you don’t over whip or beat the cream.

Ingredients
200 ml heavy whipping cream
4 tbsp condensed milk
1 big & ripe mango
Directions
- Firstly take a ripe mango. Peel it off & chop it to small cubes.
- In a blender, add the chopped mangoes. Blend it to a smooth paste & keep it aside. Refrigerate it, if the climate is hot.
- Take 200ml heavy whipping cream in a bowl. Beat it using an electric beater.
- Whip it over an ice-filled bowl to keep it chilled all times until whipped. Whip the cream until medium peaks. It will take around 2-3 minutes to achieve that consistency. It varies based on the speed of each beater. Ensure you don’t over whip or beat the cream.
- Add 4tbsp condensed milk & mix it well. Keep aside some amount of whipped cream for garnishing the mango mousse.
- Now add in the prepared mango pulp & mix it well using cut & fold method.
- Now our mango mousse is done.
- Serve it on the serving glass as fresh or refrigerate it for 1 to 2 hrs before serving.
