Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 cups of water

  • 4 eggs

Directions

  • Take a pressure cooker.(Here my cooker is 4L)
  • Pour in 1 or 2 cups of water.(There is no need for extra water more than this. If your cooker is small 1 cup of water is enough)
  • Add 2 pinch of salt/ 1/4tsp vinegar. (totally optional) Here I am not going to add any one of this.
  • Now add in eggs kept at room temperature. I am taking 2 white & 2 brown eggs. (You can cook all types of eggs like this)
  • Now close the lid & cook in medium flame for 1 whistle.
  • Let us wait for the pressure to be released.
  • If we are going to use the eggs very soon, then add the eggs one by one into a bowl filled with cold water. After 10 minutes let us break the egg shells.
  • See how perfectly our eggs are boiled.

Notes

  • Make sure eggs are at room temperature.
