Ingredients
2 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder
2 tbsp to 3 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Water
2 cups of Hot Milk
Directions
- Firstly, in a bowl take 2 tbsp instant coffee powder, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp water.
- Mix well.
- Now using a hand beater beat the mixture. You can also beat using whisk or blender.
- Beat around 5 minutes or until the mixture turns frothy, lightens in colour and stiff peaks is obtained.
- Cappuccino mixture is ready. You can store this mixture for a week in an airtight container by refrigerating.
- Now for preparing cappuccino, heat 2 to 3 cups of hot milk based on your need.
- In a cup, scoop 2 tbsp of cappuccino mixture.
- Pour the hot milk and mix gently. Cappuccino is ready.
- Optional
- Top with some chocolate syrup and make some designs.(see video for design)
