You can use either seeded or seedless black grapes for this recipe. Wash the grapes and clean them twice or thrice. Steam them for 2 to 3 minutes. Spread the steamed grapes over tissue papers and dry them under sun or shade. Drying under sun takes less time compared to shade drying.

Ingredients
1/4 kg Black Grapes (Seeded or Seedless)
Directions
- Wash and clean 1/4 kg black grapes either seeded or seedless under running water 3 to 4 times. Drain them & keep aside.
- Fill water in a steamer. For steaming I’m using idli cooker. Place the plates one by one and fill grapes only on the the top plate of steamer.
- Cover and steam them for 2 to 3 minutes over high flame.
- Remove from flame and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Spread some tissues over a plate. Place the steamed grapes one by one over the tissue paper.
- Dry for 1 day under hot sun.
- After 1 day, its completely dried. Based on the time and place the drying time may vary.
- Remove from the tissue and store them in an air tight container or refrigerate it in a ziplock bag for later uses.
