You can use either seeded or seedless black grapes for this recipe. Wash the grapes and clean them twice or thrice. Steam them for 2 to 3 minutes. Spread the steamed grapes over tissue papers and dry them under sun or shade. Drying under sun takes less time compared to shade drying.

  • 1/4 kg Black Grapes (Seeded or Seedless)

  • Wash and clean 1/4 kg black grapes either seeded or seedless under running water 3 to 4 times. Drain them & keep aside.Homemade Black Raisins Kismis

  • Cover and steam them for 2 to 3 minutes over high flame.Homemade Black Raisins Kismis
