They’re full of B vitamins, riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid, which all “help protect heart health.” A fantastic source of potassium, which improves “heart, muscle, and nerve function.” Moreover, they’re also low-carb, keto-friendly, low in calories and have some protein and fibre.
How long should we cook mushroom?
When the oil or melted butter is hot, add the mushrooms. You should hear a sizzle. In the beginning stages of cooking, the mushrooms will release moisture, and a sizzling sound will occur. Browning will begin after the moisture is released so be sure to stir them frequently during this time. Once mushrooms are lightly crisped and browned around the edges, they are ready to serve. Cook the mushrooms 8 to 10 minutes or until they’re tender and lightly browned. Make sure not to overcook them.
