  • 11/2 cup All Purpose Flour/Maida

  • 6 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 2 tbsp or 25 gms Milk Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Instant Coffee Powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 11/2 cup Powdered Sugar

  • 6 tbsp Vegetable oil

  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp Lukewarm Milk

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 1 tsp Vinegar

  • For Preparing Milk Mix
  • 1/4 cup or 40 gm Chocolate

  • 1/4 tsp Instant Coffee Powder (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 1/2 cup Full Fat Milk or Evaporated Milk

  • 5 tbsp Heavy Cream

  • 5 tbsp Condensed Milk

  • For Frosting
  • 50 gm Chocolate

  • 1 cup Whipping Cream

  • 5 tbsp Icing Sugar

  • For Garnishing
  • Grated Chocolates

Directions

  • Step 1: Making Chocolate Cake

  • In another bowl, add 11/2 cup of powdered sugar, 6 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 cup of lukewarm milk and 1 tsp vanilla essence.   • I am planning to add another top layer for frosting, so I am dividing the frosting into 2 halves.
