Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 White Bread Slices

  • 2 cup or 500 ml Milk

  • 3 tbsp + 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 3 tbsp Custard Powder

Directions

  • Firstly, grease some butter or oil in the mold or vessel in which you planning to set the pudding. Here we are using a 6 inch cake tin.Caramel Custard Bread Pudding
  • Caramelise the Sugar

  • Preparing the Bread Pudding Mixture

  • Pour this mixture into the bowl of caramelised sugar.
  • Steaming the Pudding
